Spring were appointed by a leading occupier vacating an office suite in central London, who had received a very substantial dilapidations claim from its institutional landlord.
We assembled and reviewed the complex chronology to establish the key points the landlord needed to prove in order to sustain its claim. We tested these points and after extensive negotiation the claim was settled without litigation at a much reduced level.
