Spring were appointed by the UK’s second largest pension fund to manage the dilapidations process against their outgoing tenant occupying a 30,000ft² office block in Southall.

Initially we carried out a desk-top review of the case in order to present commercial analysis and recommendations to the landlord, then served a claim (in full compliance with the PLA protocols) and negotiated a successful settlement of £260,000, despite some onerous schedules of condition which were to the tenants favour.
