Spring were appointed by the UK’s second largest pension fund to prepare a feasibility study and consequently manage a targeted refurbishment programme, to make a 50,000 ft² ft industrial warehouse alongside the M6 Motorway in Birmingham ready for letting.
We had to achieve a demandingly short time-frame and strict budgetary controls in ensuring the building was presentable for a fixed launch date, which we achieved whilst meeting high standards of quality and finish, yet also improving the buildings sustainability credentials.
