Located on the site of the old Oxford Military College and adjacent to the Cowley car production plant, Spring were instructed to undertake a pre-acquisition survey of a tenanted 66,000 sq.ft office.  The appointed involved providing commentary on the condition of the building fabric together with the extensive fit out undertaken by the current tenant and the future dilapidations liability.
