Spring were appointed by one of the City of London’s largest property investment funds to carry out and manage the due diligence surveys for the proposed purchase of a 125,650sq.ft multi-let Industrial Estate in Basildon, occupied by various manufacturing and distribution businesses. We achieved the required 5 day reporting period in which to organise and co-ordinate inspections for M&E, Environmental and Sustainability engineers aswell as our own together with the preparation of re-instatement cost assessments for insurance purposes.
