Spring were appointed CDMc and lead consultant on a project involving the substantial refurbishment of a City fringe former Victorian warehouse. This included renewal of pitched roofs, external redecorations and CAT A fit out of three floors including re-engineering the internal layout. The building sits within Islington Council’s Charterhouse Square Conservation Area and is listed on their records as building of historical interest.
